What is it!?

Beetle Juice! Is it a drink? A shot? A marinade? A digestive? A mixer? Beetle Juice is all of these things and MORE!

Yours truly has a bartender and mixologist for decades (or possibly longer, it's hard to tell in the pits of he...I mean behind the bar of some stinky ass dive). I noticed my patrons were getting into the habit of chasing cheap swill with pickle-backs (that's a shot of booze followed by a shot of pickle juice) and on a Halloween shift I decided I'd give my tormentors...I mean my patrons something better...a blood red shot of a pickled beet juice with a some kick on the back end. It was just for fun, but the customers loved it. (Well 8 out of 10 of them loved it. The other two fell off of their bar stools.) They started asking for it. They DEMANDED it! And so Beetle Juice was born!

From its humble beginnings are a chaser, Beetle Juice has since morphed into things I, being the dull, unimaginative lout that I am, never would have thought of. Chefs got their hands on it and now it's being used as a marinade for steaks and chicken wings. One restaurant owner swears by it as a salad dressing when reduced and mixed with olive oil. Mixologists are creating crafted cocktails with it (it goes perfect in a Bloody Mary). It's a perfect digestive after a hardy meal. I have been told it is a perfect sipping vinegar which is becoming increasingly trendy. A good, godless hippy friend of mine now uses it everywhere he once used Apple Cider Vinegar.

All of these uses are just the tip of the iceberg. The more mouths I get Beetle Juice into the more ideas are thrown my way. Most people love it, some people hate it...but there sure as hell ain't nothing subtle about it. It is to put it politely, opinionated! It's chock full of healthy ingredients. It's FULL of flavor and zing.

It's BEETLE JUICE!!!
